Are you an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software, BIOS/UEFI architecture/development and have a deep understanding of x86, ARM, and overall platform design/architecture that can take technologies and create innovative solutions?
We are searching for a dynamic leader and hands on innovation driver to lead a team of engineers to delight our customers and drive innovative technologies into our products. This position will manage both managers and individual contributors that are responsible for delivering innovative, best in class/differentiating technologies across the product portfolio. Must be hands on but also able to present to executives and lead a team of talented engineers. Must be experience with leading/driving cross organizational initiatives with a proven track record. Must be able to see the big picture and build solutions to exceed the organizations expectations. You will develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) and drive these solutions to market.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimal of 8 years leadership experience
- Minimal of 10 years BIOS/UEFI or embedded hands on development
- Minimal of 15 years combined experience in the technology industry… combined experience as an engineer, architect and leader
- Experience is designing solutions and defining customer experiences not just application development
- Experience in top to bottom application/driver/FW design and development
- Experience with delivering solutions that include UEFI/BIOS, FW, Software and Drivers
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field
- Expert in UEFI development and Architecture
