Defines strategy and governance for the implementation of quality standards and methodology. Manages participation in the review of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists customer and engineering areas in gathering and analyzing data.

Qualifications
Requirements include:
Experience -
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
8+ years leadership experience.
Skills (Technical, Functional, Leadership) -
Solid understanding of technologies used in disciplines managed.
Understanding of core software engineering, development (for software) and procurement processes.
Understanding of six sigma and BPI processes and tools.
Statistics and forecasting methodologies.
Customer interaction skills.
