As this is set in motion across the company, the Design Director goes to work deploying the strategic initiatives, managing the PD/HI staff and working across all company disciplines to manifest the plan.

Works directly with the senior executive team to determine strategy, priorities, and resourcing
Works with the VP of Design on budget
Experience, Ability, and Management Expertise
Deep experience in launching 1.0 products – leading large teams to concept from the blank page and shepherding the product to a successful launch
Deep experience in iterating on 1.x, altering the product design as metrics and business needs shift
Ability to influence and build relationships across business units, teams, and disciplines – both inside and outside of TuneIn
Successful track record in managing creative professionals
