Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 8
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Project Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive experience and knowledge of risk and business continuity management in one or more of the following areas:
assessment of risks, development of business impact analysis, recovery strategies, business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, and crisis management plans.
Demonstrates extensive experience and knowledge of developing testing and maintenance of business continuity plans and programs.
Demonstrates extensive experience and knowledge of developing business operational processes, informational technology, emergency management, logistics, finance and accounting.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive experience managing and delivering the following:
-Emerging Enterprise Data Management,
-Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence,
-Data Modeling,
-Data Integration and Synchronization,
-Design and Build of Data Warehouses,
-Data Distribution, Reporting and Business Intelligence Solutions,
-Data Retention, Lifecycle, Standardization and Taxonomy

Demonstrates extensive experience identifying and addressing clients needs; developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities.
Demonstrates extensive experience preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrates extensive experience as a team leader; leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate team members, coach staff and encourage improvement and innovation.
