If so, this Finance Director position is for you. We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to partner across three critical divisions in the WW Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partner (SMS&P) Organization, which drives more than $20B in revenue annually:
• The Corporate Accounts (CA) division is responsible for Microsoft’s business and relationships with over 50,000 commercial and non-commercial organizations around the globe
• The SMB division is responsible for driving Sales and Marketing to Small and Midmarket businesses and represents the single biggest Devices and Services opportunity in the company
• The Hosting and Managed Services Providers (HMSP) division works with 25,000 partners across the world (Hosters, SaaS ISV, Telco, Outsourcers) to help them build cloud offerings with their own specific differentiation to meet the needs of a broad set of customers
This Finance Director role will partner deeply with the CA, SMB and HMSP Leadership Teams, while managing a team of FTE analysts to engage on the following activities:
• Own all the BI and tools that corporate and field teams use to gain insight into the day to day operations of the business
• Own and drive monthly financial rhythms with the Field and corporate groups
• Partner with the LTs of the CA, SMB and HMSP businesses and advise on all financial planning and analysis related activities including forecasting, risk assessment, investment prioritization etc.
• Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to the division VPs and their LTs
• Be an evangelist for the business by representing the interests of the sales and marketing teams with various corporate stakeholders. Influence comp design, role blueprint, HC and Opex management.
• Participate and advise on future year planning and forecasting activities, and provide thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact.
• Oversee modeling for new product / channel / sales motion introduction and be able to quantify business needs and support with justifiable ROI
• Collaborate with the WPG Partner incentives team to understand and influence incentives programs
• Manage all business Investments (people, incentives, opex) and corresponding ROI

• Experienced. 15+ years professional work experience in financial analyst/manager roles
• Domain. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Understanding of Microsoft Channel and Pricing models is a plus.
