Director Customer Experience Schneider Electric Andover

The Director of Customer Experience will be responsible to ensure delivery of the best customer experience through the Schneider Electric digital properties (web, mobile, social media, webinars and e-mail marketing, through any other customer touch interactions; and through outstanding product configurator experience (Current and future ‘configurators’).

Responsibilities
Own all aspects of the Schneider Electric website experience for Secure Power
Manage the product information and documentation database
Manage the on-site search program
Create, localize or repurpose content and creative assets for digital channels
Develop, execute and monitor a social media strategy optimizing the content calendar based on performance results and engagement metrics
Video management including YouTube, video editing and livestreaming
Deliver strategic insights based on the interpretation and analysis of web and social media reports
Monitor best practices over the digital space in order to identify opportunities and new technologies
Ensure up to date presence in company-wide configurators and direct development of specific use configurators

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
Customer-driven, passion to understand marketing trends and customer needs
Capability to relate customer needs and emerging trends to offer-related attributes
Excellent quantitative, analysis and synthesis skills
Organized, highly of autonomous
Enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment with some travel
Excellent oral and written communication
Leadership competencies: strategic thinking, passion for innovation, objective-driven, and excellent teamwork
Must be able to learn and be comfortable working in an often process-driven environment.
Demonstrated record of getting results
Results oriented team leader
EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business, or Engineering; Technical knowledge and MBA a plus

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years marketing, digital marketing, business development, customer support. Electrical products experience a major plus.
International environment. Some level of domestic and international travel may be required.
