Global Customer Operations (GCO) is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Director, Business Analytics, reporting to the Senior Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics. This role will be accountable for defining, developing and delivering data & analyses that enable various GCO teams to make critical business decisions. The role will support, influence and challenge decisions across GCO based on data and insightful analyses. The position supports and manages a team of skilled managers and analysts across GCO globally, and is expected to influence and fruitfully engage with GCO leadership on an ongoing basis

Define, develop and execute the plan for analyses that support various GCO teams, i.e., LOB Brands, Service Delivery, & Shared Services
Introduce and utilize appropriate computational methods and develop relevant solutions for GCO business needs
Support, influence, and challenge business decisions across GCO with data and timely & insightful analyses
Lead, inspire, develop and motivate a global team of managers and analysts
Support, engage with, and influence GCO business leaders using relevant data and analyses
Collaborate & partner with the Business Intelligence team, insuring that data integrity, reporting and analyses progress symbiotically
Explore, learn and introduce, collaboratively, new ideas and methodology to advance GCO Analytics capabilities and execution
