RSG, is looking for a resourceful, dynamic and collaborative individual who will lead our global Partner Program Team. The individual will be responsible for the strategy and execution of a unified, low-touch, scalable partner program across the 4 sales regions. Key program elements include: human touch and non-human touch matchmaking between our manufacturing partners and program customers, partner benefits strategy/execution for a segmented program approach by business unit/customer verticals, general partner program infrastructure coordination with IT, measuring program health and full ROI to assure program funding is well utilized, partner training and events, unified partner communications, establishing a roadmap to unify partner programs and provide a world class partner experience across our customers.

Qualifications
- A Senior leader with deep understanding of Industry leading “partner or channel” businesses
- Over 15 years of global business experience and at least 5 years spent in global partner/ affinity program strategy and execution
- He/she has a proven track record and is recognized by past assignments as having strong and positive people management and leadership skills in a direct and matrixed environment.
- Be and be seen as a change agent and leader. Has proven track record and demonstrates confident, positive and inspiring leadership to lead teams through the Tuckman group formation stages (forming, storming, norming, performing)
- Proven track record of defining a compelling vision, turning this into an implementable strategy and having results through turning strategy into action.
- Understand of IT systems and backend engines that aid global implementation would be an added advantage.
- Has a track record of being able to organize and influence global teams around a common strategy
- Proven track record of detail orientation, ability to manage to budget to target and forecast needs.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with executives, senior leaders, regional teams around the world (diverse, geographically distributed (various time zones) and multicultural environment). Proven ability to influence across groups/divisions at Intel to get results, and develop strong partnerships.
- Has demonstrated the ability to define a disciplined and effective work processes across groups, in a direct and matrixed environment.
- Educational course / training development experience a bonus.
