In this position you will responsible for leading and managing the Cisco Capital Operations organization responsible for a multiple billion dollar portfolio for the US, Canada and Latin America. Your Responsibilities cover end-to-end processes, starting with the integration of Operations into the Sales processes through to end-of-lease management and integration with remarketing. In addition, this role must ensure that all compliance and fiduciary controls are in place. Key areas of accountability include booking, funding, collections, customer service as well as mid- and end- term resolutions. A high degree of knowledge, expertise and professionalism is required for interaction with customers, channel partners and other teams within Cisco and Cisco Capital. Ensure business integrity and compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.

Implementation of Quality, DMAIC and/or Lean Sigma tools and processes to dramatically increase the productivity and efficiency of Cisco Capital Operations globally Operationally execute all bookings and fundings for the theater. Ensure sound processes are in place for the creation and execution of all contractual documents; ensure a thorough forecasting and appropriate funding strategies are in place

The successful candidate will have experience in leading large scale change and either working in or implementing change in a global environment in addition to managing to daily responsibilities and established metrics. This position requires an external focus in order to understand the market realities and Cisco Capital’s strategic plan.

The global organization will have consistent roles and titles, processes, procedures (except when regulations require a variation) serviced from a single, global platform. This will allow Cisco Capital competitive and differentiated Operations support as part of its go-to-market offers. The Director, Americas Operations, will provide global leadership as well as theater leadership.
• 10 -12 years management experience in a captive leasing environment
• Educational background: minimum of a bachelor’s degree; master’s in relevant area preferred
• Experience in leading large, international, diverse teams who can collaborate effectively with internal and external customers/stakeholders.
• Proven track record in executing business strategies and plans
• A strong communicator who can get the best results out of their teams.
• The ability to be innovative with regard to process, commercial and technical solutions.
