We’re looking for a Director who can own our most critical new projects, envision a new world of possibilities for Amazon customers, and deliver the next set of great features for our applications on web, mobile, tablet, and TV.

What you will do here: You will help define the general roadmap for our product, Amazon Photos. You will own the delivery of some of the most important projects on that roadmap, seeing them through the entire lifecycle of idea, research, release and improvement. You will work closely with Drive’s leadership team to go beyond our current product definition and define the future of the Drive organization.

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years product management experience, preferably in delivering consumer software
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with consumer photography
• Experience delivering software on mobile platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Program Management and Senior Leadership
• A strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and effectively influence across cross functional teams
