Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager for FBA Seller Inventory health for North America. This is the opportunity for you to advance your leadership and operational skills within a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon.

Responsibilities
· Collaborate with supply chain and development teams to drive FBA NA Inventory health strategy and vision.
· Work closely with finance to quantify and prioritize programs and progress towards inventory health optimization goals.
· Design and execute new inventory optimization programs to meet savings targets as well as provide additional options to sellers.
· Complex data analysis to identify opportunities and set priorities.
- Build the strategic roadmap for FBA Inventory Health Supply Chain.
-Cross-group collaboration to deliver on common goals and ensure the quality of FBA business and supply chain systems.
The ideal candidate will be a strong business leader, supply chain problem solver and operator. He/she should have experience leading or multiple simultaneous initiatives. The leader needs to balance supply chain leadership and savvy with business judgment to make the right decisions for FBA. While striving for both simplicity and impact, the Manager must build relationships and trust across FBA and Operations.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required
· Experience with data analysis, problem solving and project management
- 5+ years supply chain, inventory management, retail and/or project management experience
· 3+ years network capacity planning across the globe
· Proven ability to manipulate and analyze highly complex data sets
· Data analysis, SQL, problem solving and project management skills are critical.
· Demonstrated track record of team leadership within a large scale, rapid and process driven environment.
- Demonstrated customer focus and experience releasing products and programs to market.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline; MBA preferred
• Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
• The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
• The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Six Sigma/ Lean, Black Belt certification desired.
