Sales Compliance Program Manager Global SMB Revenue Google Mountain View

You will join a team that works across SMB Sales to identify and deliver scalable global initiatives that ensure data, operations and sales integrity. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners such as Revenue Team Program Managers, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Tools, Engineering and Product to drive innovation and improvement for the SMB team. Initiatives include global SMB Sales compliance, global New Business Sales (NBS) Compliance, customer universe data correction and support of revenue program operations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the SMB Sales team in presentations to sales executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities
Drive and advance sales compliance efforts in SMB Sales across different programs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve compliance processes, rates and alignment of incentives and sales workflow.
Identify opportunities for improvement, manage affected stakeholders and report on progress.
Support the execution of cross-program initiatives.
Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis and communication of your projects. Advocate on behalf of your team to cross-functional partners to drive development of our requests and execution of solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Experience in online advertising sales or similar industries.
Technical and analytical skills, e.g. SQL.
Excellent team player.
Efficient project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
