The P&O Business Strategy Manager identifies the need and develops and implements various initiatives and programs that support and measure CREM’s mission and objectives. This position develops dashboards, reports and presentations highlighting the CREM initiatives, performance, opportunities, and work streams.
- Re-engineer the Measures & Metrics program globally
- Re-engineer the Global Amenities business accounting
- Manage Policy and Procedure documentation and support process updates
- Oversee the development and rollout of process that support CREM’s daily operations, ensuring global consistency and regional flexibility where needed
- Support CREM COO with research and analysis, including global analysis and support
- Develop planned and systemic activities designed to provide and ensure that high-quality work is delivered by the CREM teams
- Review and consolidate into presentation format, the P&O tools, strategies and programs that support CREM’s daily operations with regional and global views
- Take the lead in the BI Task Force to ensure data integrity within CREM and evaluate BU requests in order to streamline requests and avoid duplication of work
- Join in discussions with Functional Heads aimed at consistent improvement of existing processes and to ensure interoperability and facilitate collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related area preferred
- Ability to understand methodology and systemic modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to document functional requirements
- Understanding of real estate lifecycle and key business processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Goal and process oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced high value environment
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
