QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree, MBA or other Graduate degree desirableOutstanding record of academic achievement7-10 years of direct client-management experience in a consultative product or services environmentExperience within a SaaS and/or digital product company a plusPrior management consulting experience is highly desirableExperience in project management, program management or change management is essentialRelationship management skills; able to manage clients up and down throughout internal and client organizationsDemonstrated aptitude for analyticsProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will leverage your advisory and relationship-building skills to educate McKinsey consulting teams and external clients on the value of Wave’s offerings to increase demand and grow the business.
You will partner with our consulting teams and Wave client service staff to drive seamless implementations in complex client environments. Your goal is to ensure clients are engaged and seeing the value of the Wave platform and experience, demonstrating and reinforcing this value via in person and virtual interactions. You will be expected to drive additional value by identifying follow-up opportunities and coordinating in partnership with business development team relevant activities across the Wave team (e.g., workshops with strategic clients, tactical outreach to participants).
You will resolve relationship issues as they arise, proactively problem-solve, escalate issues where appropriate, acts as a client advocate inside Wave and the broader firm as needed. In this role, you will manage the communication and delivery of client-facing user analytics (e.g., usage, engagement, proficiency) and coordinate the delivery of in-person programs/workshops for core clients, in conjunction with the product and business development team, McKinsey experts and facilitators. You will develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
Additionally, you’ll work closely to identify new opportunities and facilitate transitions following initial or follow-on deployments. You will assist in understanding client business needs, economic buyer criteria and political support and proactively understand client needs and maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings. You’ll have the opportunity to provide thoughtful and informed solutions to meet client needs and you’ll actively contribute ideas for new product development, marketing and communication initiatives and operational improvement.
