The Health and Wellness Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing the consumer and enterprise partnerships with a Sales Operations focus across WW product lines. This position is crucial in ensuring Apple Product competitiveness in the market place and therefore securing Apple’s sales revenue and market share target. Reporting to the Director for Health Strategic Initiatives and Business Development, the candidate will perform internal commercial and pricing data analysis in support of the overall Health and Wellness sales business.

Key Qualifications

5 years experience minimum
Strong experience in Excel as an analytics tool
Strong experience in Business Intelligence reporting solutions (examples include: Business Objects, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

Description

This position plays a key role in ensuring long term sales growth & scale while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This involves supporting the H&W market holistically, from traditional Enterprise businesses, to Benefits Consultants and Health Insurance Carriers. The Operations Manager is responsible for the following: Business Analytics & Reporting: Enable the effectiveness of the Enterprise sales team by providing them with customer and Sales Programs reports as well as ad hoc analytical insights. Ensure data quality, manage ongoing administration of standard reports including being a support contact to the sales team. Beyond the creation and management of reports, the OM provides insights from the data in easy, digestible deliverables to help Sales Managers and Program Managers with their decision making (“Decision Support”). 
 Operations Lead: Drive efficiencies and scale of the H&W team by serving as their lead contact for all back office processes, including but not limited to Contracts, Finance, and Sales Support. The OM creates value for the Health team by establishing knowledge and relationships across these back-office departments and leading resolution of customer issues on behalf of the Health teams. 
 Sales Pipeline Administration: Support the weekly sales forecasting process through enforcing the business rules, policies and data integrity of our sales pipeline. Contract Management: • Support the management, execution and compliance of the commercial contracts with partners. • Monitor and track key partner commercial obligations on a quarterly basis • Identify gaps and areas of shortfall. • Proactively foresee potential future pitfalls • Calculate/quantify commercial impact and propose actions Program Management: • Manage end to end dependencies of all programs and initiatives • Performance management and tracking on an individual country or partner basis • Validate progress and achievement of multiple concurrent demand generation activities across the H&W ecosystem . • Cross functional interworking with Finance and internal operations and support functions. • Work with Apple’s teams worldwide to share and leverage best practice in the area of affordability and funding propositions. Education

BA/BS Degree Required Preferred Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance
