The Vertical Measurement group is seeking an experienced marketing analytics and research professional to analyze how advertisers, specifically in the CPG industry, can influence the Facebook and Instagram audience. This position will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to design and execute empirical research to help clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities
Play a strategic role in developing the measurement ideology and agenda for big CPG clients to expand and grow the relationship
Partner closely with cross-functional Global Media Solutions’ team to deliver a strong experience for CPG advertisers on Facebook and Instagram
Conduct in-depth standard and custom research studies leveraging internal survey and data analysis tools
Develop research to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies on Facebook and Instagram to position Facebook Inc. as a thought leader in the industry
Lead client conversations and influences client measurement thinking
Partner with and train sales teams to drive flawless execution and delivery of standard measurement techniques
Serve as the day-to-day contact for key strategic advertiser relationships as they pertain to measurement
Requirements
5 + years of marketing research and analytics experience required, 7+ years preferred.
Measurement experience in the CPG industry preferred
Statistical and data analysis skills (e.g. significance testing, regression modeling, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related quantitative field preferred
Experience using SQL, Hive, SPSS, SAS, R, Matlab, Tableau
