The Senior Director, Sales & Strategy will be responsible for the NDFS sales team and collective results. This role shall report to the President, and serve as leader of the sales organization to include sales strategy, business development, capture, proposal development, sales metrics & reporting and sales results.
Position Functions or Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience and a successful track record in the US Federal IT marketplace in a sales and strategy role
Understanding of the US Federal acquisition environment and processes
Ability to lead and drive a market plan for consulting services across Federal markets
Strong understanding of IT service offerings and related concepts
Ability to build and manage a multi-year consulting services marketing pipeline
Support the full lifecycle of procurement from lead to capture through proposal
Experience in teaming for captures and managing subcontractors on major programs
Working knowledge of P&L management and IT services delivery
Knowledge and understanding of FAR and DFAR regulations, CAS, and various contracting & accounting models, including IDIQs, T&M, Cost Plus, Fixed Price, and GSA & BPA schedules
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Basic Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 10 years experience selling to Civilian Agencies and/or Department of Defense or National Security agencies
Demonstrated sales management and marketing experience (3+ years)


Other Preferred Qualifications
Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent
Preferred: Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage, coach and mentor, as applicable, various back office managers and staff to support sales in the federal IT services business.
