The Senior Director, Global HR Technology Solutions Consulting is responsible for the enterprise wide roll-out of HR Technologies across ADP Globally, management of our team resources, project goals, and deliverables - and in conjunction with our business, functional HR clients, internal & external vendors and technology teams.
Reporting to the VP, Global HR Technology, the Leader -- Global HR Technology Operations/Solution Consulting helps establish the strategic direction of and is the operational leader of the HR Technology organization as it relates to process, delivery and execution, team and staffing management. They will have full oversight and responsibility for a team of Solution Consultants and for directing the team's efforts on multiple large scale enterprise-wide projects which could span multiple business units and multiple HR functions. The projects are often global or include international components. Ultimately accountable for departmental NPS and quality scores. Ensures that all projects meet full scope and lifecycle commitments including effective project planning, communications, training and post-project follow-up. Ensures timely and appropriate communication to Sponsors, Stakeholders and other aligned parties. Accountable for execution of Global HR Strategy & Planning Guiding Principles as it relates to the HR Technology Solutions Consultants.
