Develops and implements systems strategy for prioritizing global enhancements to existing and new systems; overseeing the administration of systems; presenting system enhancements that meet compliance obligations, potential risk mitigation; reviewing system enhancement needs and providing solutions; prioritizing customer requests; allocating team resources; streamlining processes and leveraging efficiencies to ensure continuous improvement; ensuring alignment of customer business strategy with system enhancements; developing business concepts; identifying systems contingency plans; and reviewing and approving implementation plans.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Develops and oversees the implementation of analytics and reporting strategy
Oversees the identification and communication of compliance risks
Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications

5 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, Business, or related field and 8 years' experience in project management, systems design, reporting and analytics, or related field OR 10 years' experience in project management, systems design, reporting and analytics, or related field
Additional Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology or related field OR Juris Doctorate.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
