Deep knowledge of Information Security with experience in the fields of network security, endpoint security, identity management, access control, cloud security and/or cryptography
Understands Information Security, Data Privacy, and Compliance Regulations

Conduct research and make proactive decisions and recommendations on standards, products, and services in support of Information Security
Ensures application and infrastructure architectural solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with Company standards and practices
Demonstrates the ability to communicate highly complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
Is knowledgeable in Operational IT Management to include Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management
Possesses excellent troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
Develops and implements department strategies, to include strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Strengthens department leadership
Minimum Qualifications

4 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 15 years OR 10 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 15 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 6 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 15 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications

10 years experience developing, presenting, and implementing information security strategies.
10 years experience managing large-scale global IT projects.
10 years experience managing IT vendor and supplier relationships.
5 years experience supervising information security teams in both direct reporting and matrix structures.
10 years of contract and budget management experience (for example, procurement of services, hardware, cost center P&L management).
