The Director of Human Resources will partner with Functional Leaders to provide strategic HR leadership in support of organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include:

Change management, talent management, development, performance / compensation management, succession planning, employee engagement, employee relations, organizational design/development
Manage HR staffs and provide leadership and partner in support of the Business and HR priorities.
Monitor/assess the effectiveness of human resources programs and processes, using metrics to evaluate progress and taking actions as appropriate to achieve improvement.
Increase knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.


Requirements:

20+ years HR experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles
Knowledge of government regulations, professional best practices and IT industry trends as they apply to all HR related functions and responsibilities required.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the technical areas of Human Resources.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for researching, analyzing, developing, and leading in the implementation of Human Resources related programs and recommendations.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor, or agency personnel.
This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the organization, industry councils, community groups, outside legal counsel, government agencies, and training vendors.
The ability to convince others including stakeholder leadership, VP’s, directors & managers, staff, and vendors with opposing views to accept/approve plans, regulatory needs, or project recommendations. The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment.
The ability to write, read, interprets, and act on proper understanding of technical documents, contracts, or related documents based on corporate legal and customer applications, and Human Resources professional standards and philosophy.
Ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex technical matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience.
Ability to lead, motivate, and direct the activities of other employees in order to achieve objectives, project schedules, and team goals and to complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, clearly define objectives, and give technical direction with applied knowledge of alternatives and decision-making experience to guide subordinates.
Ability to negotiate on behalf of function to come to agreement by managing communications through discussions and compromise; issues are long-term operational, tactical and strategic in nature.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Required
Prefer MBA with concentration in HR or MSIR/LR or Organizational Behavior
