We’re looking for a great Leader for our Program Management team. Program Managers in ISO are responsible for delivering infrastructure capacity, new technologies, tools, and operations improvements to support Apple’s services growth. You will lead a team of individual contributors on the program management team which delivers projects for operations scalability, efficiency, and security. You will be personally responsible for successful outcomes and for delivery of an experienced, high-performing program management team.
Strong fundamentals are a must, but you have more. You feel a personal stake in the services you support and the people you manage. You have a deep well of positive energy and have unbounded enthusiasm. You hold yourself and your team to (almost, but not quite) impossibly high standards. You have unshakeable integrity. You don’t preside; you do. You set simple, clear, measurable goals for your team. You are as comfortable presenting to execs as you are with your nose in a burn down chart. You love managing different people in all their awesomeness and quirkiness. You have deep wisdom and judgement. You know what success looks like running gigantic, Internet-scale operations for global services. News of your taking ownership of a team or program causes widespread relief, joy, and celebration
