Director Security Analysis SecureWorks Dell Providence

The Director of the Advanced Threat Detection Portfolio is responsible for a team of Managers and Senior Intrusion Analysts delivering network and endpoint forensic analysis for the Advanced Threat Detection service lines. Duties will include frequent verbal and written client communications to SecureWorks global client base and potential clients.
You will work closely with Program and Product Management, Cyber Threat Analysis Center, Counter Threat Unit, Client Services, Engineering, Sales, Development, and Executive teams on strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the establishment of performance metrics and tools to measure effectiveness and optimize service delivery of the SecureWorks Advanced Threat Detection services current and future.

Role Responsibilities
- Continuous improvement of Advanced Service line processes and procedures to facilitate cost effective service delivery of existing and emerging service lines
- Manage hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
- Oversight of departmental expenditure within established budgets
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring organizational performance
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
- Implement, document, and maintain operational procedures to support the strategic program established by SecureWorks department of internal audit
- Planning and project management of strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Product Management and Development on new products and service specifications
- Review SOWs and RFPs for relevant LOE analysis and conduct frequent client engagements and other sales related activities
- Develop and manage schedules to maximize utilization and optimize performance
- Participate in business continuity planning, auditing, and crisis management
- Collaborate with other client facing teams including sales, client services and implementation teams to provide a holistic client experience that grows revenue and delivers exceptional client satisfaction
- Assess risks of contract variations to standard service levels

As a managed security provider, Dell SecureWorks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53. Employees will be expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements
- 8+ years leadership experience including ability to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience developing and driving support strategies, along with demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and operational plans
- In depth understand of network and host based forensics and malware analysis
- Demonstrated experience at overseeing and managing multiple large engagements
