AMOSA is in search of a Director for our IT Security Operations team. This position
reports to the Vice President, AMOSA IT Run Operations. In this role you will lead the
day to day work of the AMOSA Security Operations team. This function includes the management of all security related tools and utilities, the security engineering team, the Identity and Access Management team, and will be responsible for leading all security operations related work with key partners including AMOS (internal) and many key external service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Director of this team, you will:
Contribute to the IT and Information Security strategic plans and goals and lead the development of all Security Operations plans and goals.
Develop and execute tactical plans to meet IT and Information Security goals.
Successfully deliver projects, solutions, and IT services associated with both Allianz Global, AMOSA, and client initiatives.
Manage the company’s information security assets and application portfolio and those of our clients.
Works with product vendors to ensure that products are adequately supported.
Develops and maintains an asset refresh plan to ensure all products are reasonably current.
Develop and executes plans to mature the company’s Information Security capability in a manner that reflects industry standards and best practices.
Manage staff, forecasts and budgets.
Develop and maintain a high performing team. Ensure employee and contractor engagement is maintained at high levels. Ensure that employee development plans are developed and achieved.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Seven+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience.
Minimum of five years of experience leading
Information Technology teams.
Minimum of five years of experience leading an IT Security Operations function.
Proven deep understanding of IT security principles, constructs and best practices.
Effective people leader and communicator.
Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Collaborative and effective team player.
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
Four year degree in a technology –related field.
CISSP or CISM certification.
Experience in managing outsourced vendor partners in an operations setting
