As Business Development & Ventures Leader you will be responsible planning and leading strategic transactions on behalf of GE Digital. These strategic transactions may include Acquisitions, Investments, Joint Ventures, and other high-complexity deals. Key aspects of the role include strategy formulation, opportunity assessment, build/buy/partner analysis, due diligence, asset valuation, financial planning, transaction structuring & negotiation, and integration planning.

Qualifications/Requirements:
BA or BS in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline
Minimum 7-10 years of related work experience

Desired Characteristics:
Software engineering OR statistics/econometrics background, either via education or work experience
Operational experience in a startup environment
Experience in Corporate M&A, Private Equity or Venture due diligence
Experience in financial modeling and valuation
Experience leading virtual teams to success in high-pressure situation
