We are looking for a strong solutions strategist to guide our efforts and align our broad capabilities to major business drivers and vertical use cases. Tapping into our market leading PaaS offerings, development tools, and integrated application service assets and accelerators, your solutions and go to market methodologies will drive innovation and growth across our customer base and continued growth and success across our sales and delivery efforts.
As lead solutions strategist, your ability to cross between various aspects of our and our partner’s businesses is key. You'll understand broad ecosystem, vertical, and enterprise customer use cases and pain points and develop a strong underlying knowledge of the technology stacks delivered by Cognizant and its various technology alliance partners.
You will design go to market methodologies, solutions, and packaging that combines 3rd party and Cognizant sourced technology and people and communicate their value clearly both internally and externally. You will design and deliver solutions to support Cognizant’s global enterprise client base in continuous innovation, differentiation, and industry leadership through digital transformation and software.
REQUIREMENTS:
Design, develop and manage the overall product solution strategy, across industry leading 3rd party PaaS environment(s) and underlying services and agile development offerings.
Integrate existing and net new technology partnerships, alliances, and go to market efforts
Define and document persona-based and vertically focused user use cases and pain points
Design and launch solutions packaging, positioning, and training materials
Craft & deliver internal and client facing value overviews of defined solutions
Help define pricing and packaging for solution packages and services
Work with users to gather customer feedback and constantly improve their experience
Influence product roadmap based on solution applications and requirements
Provide market and customer facing thought leadership, presentations, education, and serve as spokesperson as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent analytical skills to synthesize inputs and requirements from a variety of sources into a unified and complete plan.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead collaboratively, working across all groups in the company, to gain consensus and keep all groups working towards a common goal.
Understanding of enterprise software development and IT operations to understand customer needs.
10+ years of experience in solutions, platform, product marketing or management roles
Previous successful experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
Experience working with and understanding the needs of enterprise IT executives.
Understanding and experience with cloud computing, specifically IaaS and PaaS.
Understanding of modern cloud native, multi-factor application designs & microservices
