Warner Bros. Technical Operations Inc. seeks an Executive Director, AdPub Localization & Distribution for the T&L: Theatrical-Dom, LatAm & APAC department. The Executive Director, Ad Pub Localization & Distribution is responsible for the Localization and Distribution of all AdPub materials for all WB and joint venture titles worldwide, covering all creative localization processes, the creation of digital asset for servicing primarily theatrical windows and for all subsequent downstream purposes. Liaising with all territories, advanced planning and forecasting for all trailer releases to ensure deadlines and creative initiatives are met and correct materials are delivered.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Global primary lead for senior stakeholders within Technical Operations, Marketing Creative, Online & Servicing teams and Marketing teams at the local level. This includes, but is not limited to:
Maintains relationships and acts as a main point of contact for clients, coordinating across Tech Ops groups, Marketing, Sales, Vendors and 3rd party clients worldwide to ensure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Attend key meetings & briefings with head office creative & online teams.
Communication relating to all day to day operational activities.
Coordinate co-ventures with other Studios when shared rights.
Leads planning and implementation of all AdPub Localization efforts related to business partners and their clients. Includes, but not limited to:
Responsible for all localization activities, including Dubbing, Subtitling, Title Work and Mastering.
Review materials and create reports listing creative characteristics of the materials, providing clear direction on all creative.
Create detailed plans and budgets for all global activities.
Work closely with the Theatrical group to ensure all creative efforts are in line and consistent.
Oversee the creation of localized foreign language digital masters.
Vendor Management.
Leads planning and implementation of AdPub Distribution efforts Includes, but not limited to:
Supervise Global Distribution of AdPub content.
Provide guidance on New Technologies impacting the International Markets. Changes in Digital Delivery of content, focusing on new methods such as Satellite, Internet protocol and overall transmission of material.
Provide support to SVP, Theatrical & Localization, in developing distribution strategies for division and adhoc projects.
Vendor Management.
Responsible for Tech Ops AdPub Servicing training and development.
Develop new initiatives / workflows that support new downstream business models and repurposing of AdPub materials.
New Technologies:
Digital File Formats.
Picture and Audio developments, i.e HDR, Immersive Audio etc.
Developments in social media and marketing.
Perform special projects as necessary.
Manage all aspects of team function including, but not limited to:
Training, assigning and monitoring team assignments.
In addition, hire, supervise, develop, empower, and evaluate staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Some College preferred with emphasis on film or related area.
Minimum 7 years experience in Theatrical Marketing, AdPub Servicing or similar.
Expert level knowledge of physical and digital workflows.
Expert level knowledge of localization and content distribution models.
Extensive experience with codecs, compression, ratios, color space and all mastering formats.
Ability to work independently on projects and report findings to management.
