Set and articulate product vision and strategy
- Build and own the CRM and Order Management product roadmap
- Collaborate and work with key business stakeholders and technology partners (internal and external)
- Identify and define product requirements
- Work with product development teams to implement new products or product features
- Continually evaluate various ecosystem partners, both existing and prospective
- Management of the prioritized feature requests submitted to software partners
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to deliver integrated solutions across the Product portfolio
- Own user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop product feature documentation and training materials
- Assist in go to market related efforts to drive successful adoption and usage
- Measure ROI and feature adoption of all products or product enhancements
Qualifications: - 8+ years' experience as a product manager with CRM (Salesforce) experience being a must have
- Ability to prioritize and sequence product releases and enhancements into a cohesive roadmap
- Proven ability to deliver scaled solutions to large and diverse teams
- Prior experience and understanding of media business
- Ability to help define and document business process and desired workflow
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to partner with various teams (non-technical to technical)
- Experience with Operative One is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills as it relates to feature requests and partner management
- 3+ years of prior people management
- MBA a plus
