Walmart eCommerce is looking for a talented, results-oriented Director of Operations Finance to join our team.
This Director of Operations Finance is responsible for leading finance and strategic support for our Supply Chain (Transportation, Reverse Logistics) and Customer Care teams at Walmart eCommerce. This role currently manages a team of seven with two direct reports. This role includes, but is not limited to:
Driving rigor and continuous improvement in financial analysis, systems, reporting, and processes
Developing short to long term plans to achieve strategic objectives
Effectively communicate insights, assumptions, methodology, risks & opportunities, and recommendations
Contributing to development of eCommerce strategy and KPIs
Leading initiatives in a dynamic environment and supporting implementation of business solutions
Providing a balanced perspective and ensuring alignment of efforts to meet customer and business needs
Partnering actively with key stakeholders and influencing cross-functionally
Developing, motivating, and retaining a strong team of seven with two direct reports

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of supervisory or cross-functional team leadership experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field and 6 years experience in finance or related field OR 9 years experience in finance or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years experience in advanced financial analysis, including modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
4 years experience in ecommerce finance.
4 years experience in retail finance.
Certified Financial Analyst.
