The Director, Program Operations will play an integral part in developing, leading, and executing programs in the Digital Developed Markets team. This role is execution-oriented and requires strategic thinking and understanding of big picture and work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams to drive consensus, and develop and execute against a common plan. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Digital Product Operations.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, structured thinker, and a creative problem solver with experience in operations, program management, and a proven record of successfully launching global programs The position will be in based San Francisco, CA.

Provide program management and operational leadership in driving the cross-functional and cross-regional teams for Visa’s Digital Products.
Program Management
Lead program management for Digital Product Programs
Develop and drive execution plans for high priority digital products
Drive coordination and results with indirect reports across the Visa organization (cross-functional and geographic teams supporting the program)
Drive coordination between Strategic Partner, Product, Technology and Design teams in support of Digital Product Programs
Align all activities across the organization required to launch and support digital products
Raise issues and risks and drive resolution or mitigation
Report on successes and progress
Provide project management for product-related projects (lead meetings, manage project plans/critical path milestones, resolve/escalate issues and risks, report progress, drive project execution)

Design Operations
Drive execution and operational planning for design-focused programs
Drive alignment and communication between Product, Technology, and Design to create a design-centered approach with roadmaps
Reporting, prioritizing, and capacity planning of design team roadmap
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
8-9 years of relevant eCommerce/mobile commerce, payments, Program Management, and operational experience
Proven track record for launching large scale global programs/products
Strategic thinker who can balance big picture strategy and detailed, flawless execution
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive consensus in cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
Flexible and proactive trouble-shooting capabilities with the ability to manage diverse groups organized within different organizational reporting lines
Process-oriented problem solver who can adapt within a multi-tasking environment and simultaneously manage multiple issues and projects with limited resources
High attention to detail and quality for all work products
Hands-on, entrepreneurial and flexible to take broad guidance from management and execute plan of action to drive results
