We are seeking a seasoned Global Digital Director to join our growing team to support our global digital programs for the Intel brand. We are looking for a high-energy, strategic and creatively driven individual who has run Account teams for Digital agencies and has a deep understanding of the holistic digital experience in today's world. Intel.com is the consistent place for customers to go to find out about our company and products. We need this individual to work with the business in transforming this valuable marketing asset into a best in class digital experience across all screen sizes.
This individual will have an innate passion for driving compelling and relevant messaging strategies for digital platforms and partner closely with our Digital Creative Director and Digital Marketing team.

This role requires the ability to work across business units, and with our digital agency partners. If you have managed consumer digital marketing, understand the creative development process and have a passion for how Intel technology is creating amazing experiences around the world, we'd like to talk with you.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience in developing and overseeing cohesive, engaging, relevant digital experiences that are fundamentally different than traditional advertising and demonstrate this understanding through examples of past work. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of today's digital ecosystem, experience in capturing consumer/market insights and leveraging these insights into creative briefs for digital communication and storytelling. The candidate can move seamlessly between multiple projects, has strong people and communication skills, high emotional intelligence and strong presentation skills. Management of medium size teams also key for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assume a leading role in the development, review and evaluation of our digital programs and experiences
-Provide strategic input into the work and thinking
-Be a great partner to the Digital Marketing team and the Digital Creative Director
-Lead Intel's global digital programs and creative process to create world-class holistic digital experiences
-Evaluate current digital strategies and provide recommendations for enhancements
-Evaluate creative briefs and project mapping including tactical plans to drive impeccable execution.
-Establish relationships with our global partners
-Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to align on objectives, programs and KPI's
-Hire and build a world class digital team
-Be a thought leader for all things Digital for Agency Inside and client partners.
-Work with the Account Services team to determine and incorporate best practices and process improvements to maintain overall account team efficiencies
-Gain the trust of cross-functional business partners

Qualifications

-Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of web/interactive: Able to evaluate and lead the quality of Intel's digital experiences. Understand the end-to-end experience from IA to UX to Visual design and development.
-Understand how an agency works: Must have agency experience
-Solid brand and marketing strategic skills: Know the principles of advertising, marketing and media and be able to translate marketing objectives and strategies into digital strategies.
-Ability to be a strong partner to the creative team: Know how to write and add value to creative briefs and provide strategic direction throughout the life of the project
-Problem solver: Need to have navigated complicated marketing, agency and people issues and figured out the best path forward
-Relationship building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across organizations and with external partners.
-Communication skills: Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
-Early adopter of technology: The stuff we make is really cool. Using products with Intel technology is key to understanding the product benefits.
-Sense of humor: We like to have fun while we work hard.

Experience:
-Bachelor Degree Required. MBA desired
-10+ years in Account Management
-5 years experience in leading a Digital team
-Agency experience a must
-Strong understanding of web technologies required, hands on experience a plus
