Implements strategies and processes to support lease and airport development negotiations at the company’s hubs. Portfolio consists of the one or more of the company’s hubs and manages the annual rents and landing fees plus supervision of regional manager portfolios. Lease negotiations typically deal with large scale strategic company initiatives and involve longer-term 10 to 30 year agreements and require highly sophisticated negotiation skills. Implements corporate initiatives affecting operational efficiencies, marketing enhancements, and facility development.
Responsibilities
Implements negotiation strategies and participates in all negotiations with airlines, airports, governments, A4A and other NGOs at larger more strategic hubs to achieve objectives
Must demonstrate leadership to team and industry to maintain credibility necessary for success
Directs the development and administration of processes to support key strategic airport related projects, including business case development, planning and negotiation
Actively provides support in exception management, conflict resolution and strategic alignment
Develops, recommends and manages budgets and policies regarding real estate utilization
Takes actions to further these policies and coordinates and obtains the support of relevant corporate organizations
Must demonstrate creative solutions and appropriate risk management to achieve corporate objectives
Qualifications
Education
Undergraduate degree preferably in Finance, Real Estate or Business
Master’s degree in Business or Law preferred

Airline or Airport experience
Experience
Airline, airport, commercial real estate experience or contract negotiation experience required
5 years of airline, airport, and commercial real estate experience or contract negotiation experience preferred

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
