As the Director of Client Engineering, you will manage and grow the Client Engineering team. You will work closely with our Engagement Managers to scope, estimate, manage and deliver technical integration projects for Percolate clients, globally. You’ll bring expert project management skills and deep technical knowledge to deliver value to our clients. You’ll provide thought leadership and technical training to the Customer Success team on how to approach technical integration opportunities with existing clients. You’ll be responsible for delivering strongly on revenue-generating projects.
10+ years of experience as a Client Engineer, Technical Consultant, Integration Consultant, System Integrator, Project Manager, Technical Producer, or similar title
Management experience
Excellent project management skills, ideally including experience in complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable leading technical conversations in a Client-facing role
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and other Cloud/SaaS concepts
The motor and desire to rapidly switch contexts while solving complex challenges with creative solutions
Experience working with Fortune 1000
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Client Engineering team
Manage and deliver technical integration and data migration/organization projects for Percolate clients, working with internal and external software developers and systems integrators
Conduct technical workshops with our clients to gather technical and functional requirements for technical integration projects
Accurately scope and estimate level of effort for technical integration projects
Educate and enable Percolate internal teams to accurately communicate the Percolate integration offer to clients and prospects
Educate and advocate on Percolate’s behalf among partner software vendors and technical resources in the wider systems integrator and developer communities
15% travel - Potential international travel could be required
