Director Channel Operations SugarCRM Cupertino

SugarCRM is looking for Channel Operations Director to drive strategy and execution across our Partner Programs. This person will be dedicated to working with our ecosystem of ISV, VAR and System Integrator partners worldwide. Your focus will be program execution and processes related to partner recruitment, on-boarding and ongoing enablement, working closely with Sales, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering and Marketing.
This role is a critical part of a strategic initiative to scale our business and accelerate our growth. We are looking for someone excited about being part of a growing function and passionate about bringing internal and external stakeholders together to achieve shared goals.



Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, help with recruitment and on-boarding of channel partners working closely with Channel Sales leaders.
Manage partner training, enablement and certification programs.
Facilitate opportunity registration process and partner compensation processes and enhance policies.
Provide operational support to Channel Sales leaders including assistance with contracts, complex sales quotes and deal structures, which requires knowledge of offerings and pricing.
Work in conjunction with Marketing to develop partner ready content and collateral.
Assist with measurement and analytics to determine program success including KPI’s on deal registrations, deal conversion rates, margins, enablement and qualification.


Qualifications

Deliver extraordinary customer relationships
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or partner program execution in the software industry.
CRM or enterprise application experience helpful.
Strong process and reporting orientation.
Strong comprehension of one and two tier distribution models.
Comfort working with all levels of the organization to resolve conflict and come to creative solutions for complex problems.
Be a great team player with a strong will and ability to continually learn and grow.
Ability to take a leadership role in driving cross functional initiatives.
