Director Business Development Delivery Cognizant Plano

Drive revenue growth by interacting with Vertical Solution Leaders (VSLs), and Account teams to source and close business around the practice’s supported technologies.
Respond to RFPs and coordinate across multiple practices and offshore team
Understand client business problems and develop appropriate solution architecture
Manage success of large scale projects and provide billable consulting target of 40%
Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate solutions
Proactively pitch solutions to targeted accounts
Manage partner programs and communication cadence with key partners to source new business
Work closely with offshore team across all aspects of solution design and proposal creation
Work with recruiting team to ensure projects can be appropriately staffed

Required Qualifications:
BE, BS or equivalent degree
15+ years’ experience delivering and selling customer experience solutions
Experience in a consulting environment.
Great communication skills both oral and written.
Exceptional PowerPoint skills.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
