Job Description:
Cognizant's fast-growing Infrastructure Services Business Unit is seekingLarge Account Managers to play leadership roles in large-scale Transition, Transformation and Delivery engagements, ensuring operational excellence in service delivery execution and to assure customer objectives and business, innovation and operational outcomes are achieved.
The CISLarge Account Managerhas Complete Accountability To Deliver All Services Under The Contract With The Customer Including

Accountability for the overall relationship with the Customer for CIS Services.
Assuring the successful transition of all Contracts to operational status.
Ensuring that CIS fulfills all of its obligations under any Contract.
Accountable for the PL of the engagement including Bid vs Did.
Managing the teams responsible for Delivery of the Services to the Customer through transition, steady state and transformation.
Working with the Customer governance team to establish, manage, and meet commitments, requirements, and expectations.
Resolving escalated issues according to the governance escalation procedures.
Working to align the delivery of Services with the strategic needs of the Customer.
Informing Customer about new CIS capabilities and developments, and proposing solutions that will provide ongoing benefit to the Customer.
Developing new business with the Customer to expand the CIS footprint.

Preferred Qualifications



Minimum 10+ years' experience in information technology infrastructure outsourcing, off- shoring, productized services management, managed services or professional/consulting services with enterprise customers.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization, including developing and conducting effective presentations, developing procedural documentation, demonstrating products solutions and writing customer proposals.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to command respect and trust internally and externally
Strong drive and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
Willingness to travel as needed (70%)
Strong account management and sales background
Exposure to various ITO pricing models
Good knowledge of Data Center, Cloud, Automation, Analytics and other infrastructure-related technologies
Experience in selling Service Desk, End user computing services and Remote Infrastructure Management Services
