Responsible for leading and coordinating relationship with our third party operators and contractors, administer and manage assigned staff resources, and assure analysis work is completed in an accurate manner and adheres to group policies and standards.
· Financial feasibility analysis; ability to financial review, potentially model individual wells and field level financial performance with board level accuracy
· General oil field engineering and design review (well bore design, completion design & techniques, facilities design, etc.)
· Manage, negotiate and coordinate with third party operators and contractors who are working for or on behalf of Gas Infrastructure (GI)
· Review contracts and agreements in close coordination with Legal to ensure favorable terms for GI
· Coordinate utilization of group staff resources
· Planning/coordinating engagement assignments with GI Development Group Leaders
· Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and standards for the functional area (QAQC, standardized practices, etc.)
· Generate presentations for executive management and corporate project reviews
· Active and defined goal setting, evaluation and mentoring of Direct Reports
· Promote employee career development and advancement opportunities
· Proactively recruit, hire and train new team members

Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering and/or Finance
10+ years’ experience with high technical competence in (i) financial modeling and review; (ii) field experience in oil field operations analysis; and (iii) 3+ years of managerial experience
Master's Degree preferred
