Director Learning PepsiCo University PepsiCo Plano

Job Description:
The PepsiCo University team drives global leadership and functional development initiatives and provides enterprise support for learning technology, marketing, and 3rd party content management.
In this role, the Learning Director will:
Drive PepsiCo's global learning enablement strategy in line with our CEO's 'learning legacy' vision. The strategy will require extensive buy-in as PepsiCo moves from learning in silos to a globally aligned solution.

Critical components of this strategy include: The PEP U Portal, the Learning Management System, Content Marketing, Standards/Processes, and 3rd Party Content/Vendor Management.
Sustain and enhance the PepsiCo University Learning portal, activating new enhancements to drive learner experience and building upon portal successes through increasing usage and course completions
Oversee and build upon the PEP U Marketing strategy identifying new opportunities to support 10 functional colleges in the communication and marketing of their resources to their functional audiences, with a specific focus on increasing both "push" and "pull" marketing techniques
Identify and drive LMS enhancements and migrations in partnership with HR Operations, BIS and managed services providers; working with sector/functional learning counterparts to identify migration opportunities and ways to build out current LMS functionality (examples include: surveys, mobile learning, notifications, language capabilities, etc.)
Document and communicate standards for critical learning processes including administration practices, design/development activities, vendor usage, and other activities across the ADDIE model
Manage all 3rd party learning contracts (ex. Skillsoft, Harvard Mentor Manager, Accenture Academy) by partnering with 3rd party vendors, communicating content availability to all audiences and increasing usage of 3rd party content
Drive the PepsiCo Social Learning agenda, identifying opportunities for virtual learning practices, social learning adoption and usage of social learning technologies (ex. SAP Jam, Webex, etc)
Advise and support strategic initiatives for ongoing PEP U operations, including AOP planning, process reviews, operating model, and imperatives
Manage the learning enablement team of three resources who support day to day LMS operations, reporting, LMS enhancements/migrations, and Marketing


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus.
10+ years, experience
Consulting skills required with ability to align stakeholders globally.
Strong project management skills necessary. The ability to own and manage an extensive workload leveraging multiple resources and vendor.
Savvy technology skills are also required to deliver the PepsiCo University technology agenda. HRIS/systems (SAP) experience a plus.
A robust and creative approach to learning and communications is also required.
Global Enterprise level thinking
Familiarity with outsource management model preferred
Process definition and execution, and demonstrated ability to standardize as required
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization, including high collaboration skills and consulting skills.
Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
Solid analytic, verbal and written communication skills
Creative approach to learning and communications.
Ability to manage a team focused across a diverse portfolio of projects
Experience with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors) and Off the Shelf vendors (SkillSoft, Harvard ManageMentor, getAbstract, DDI, uPerform) will be helpful.
