Job Description:
Assist with IP aspect of key license renewals
Review relevant products and generate evidence of use materials
Track industry data and create valuation models
Support anticipated and ongoing litigation
Analyze assets for potential acquisition
Support IP licensing meetings
Track legal trends and help create Rovi thought leadership on key issues
At least 6 years of experience at top law firm
J.D. from top 25 law school
Prior work experience in electrical engineering/software a plus
Substantial experience in patent litigation
Thorough knowledge of legal issues implicated in patent assertion and damages
Outstanding communication skills, including ability to create quality written work product and presentations
Excellent work ethic and ability to support dynamic business environment
