User acceptance team is looking for an extensive experienced user experience designer, who is responsible for improving the experience level of EMUI, and to apply user-centered design principles to product research, design, as well as supervise the software planning, UI, GUI, visual and animation during the development of products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions
Candidates must be able to work independently and excel in cooperating with experts from different teams to extend the design strategy in an innovative way;
Ideal candidates will apply user-centered design principles to product research to achieve the team’s goal.
Candidates must be able to lead the product development efficiently, apply user research methods systematically to find the true needs of the users at the very beginning of planning process.
Candidates can work with UI teams ,to define, design, and specify design principles in a systematically way
Candidates must have deep insights in experience technology and contributes to develop technology
The preferred candidate will work with experts from design team 、 testing team and marketing team, to contribute the cooperation across Huawei
Candidates’ decision have impact across Huawei, and can testify the strategy after the release of the product.

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's Degree
Major/Discipline:
Psychology , Human Factor ,Visual Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Software Engineering or Related Field
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum: 8+ years of experience in design/UX for mobile products
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in design/UX for mobile products
Skills & Abilities:
(Technical or General)
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in design/UX for mobile products,5+ years in leading role
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills , can deliver user-centered ideas to development teams
Possess extensive experience working with software engineering
Critical eye for UX industry, use needs 、 mobile technology and design
Proven public speaking and presentation skills
Preferred
10+ years of experience in software design ecosystems and User Experience (UX) Design.
