Director Portfolio Analytics Strategy PepsiCo Plano

Job Description:
Manage an Analytics team focused on total FLNA portfolio - Drive Analytical solutions to understand the drivers of current and future business. Work with finance and marketing cross functional teams to build this learning into strategic and annual planning. Position has 3 direct reports.
Serve as portfolio analytics lead - integrating learning across brands and categories and ensuring we are optimizing for what is best for our portfolio of brands.


Manage vendor relationships and priorities ensuring projects are efficiently addressing business priorities and providing incremental insight. Work entails scoping and negotiation of advanced analytic projects.
Responsibility for management of Corporate Media Budget and Investment Strategies; Marketing Attribution and ROI evaluation of Media Initiatives and Marketing Programs. Media Agency leadership and ownership of all aspects of total Portfolio Media Planning and Mix Optimization.
Develop and drive strategic learning agenda across all media. Build a balanced approach to testing emerging media/platforms.
Lead FLNA initiatives around new Marketing ROI measurement techniques in digital, social and mobile investments.
Other responsibilities include leading corporate initiatives around integrated planning and forecasting, building internal digital / programmatic capabilities, providing subject matter expertise to other divisions / Global initiatives



Key Skills/Experience Required:

Agency Management
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communications skills are critical - we are looking for someone with the ability to explain and interpret analytic output for business impact as well as influence and drive strategic priorities.
3-5 years of relevant applied quantitative experience, such as marketing analytics, media mix, market research, ideally with some consulting experience bringing analytic insights to life.
3-5 years of successful media strategy building, and execution, esp in digital
Building Talent - because this individual has a proficiency in media, they are often required to train internal individuals on media planning, forecasting, and driver analysis.


Essential Skills:

BBA required, MBA/MS preferred
Prior CPG Marketing experience preferred
Collaboration & Influence - individual must be able to influence final media and strategy decision makers, which would include the CMO, Brand VPs, and Brand Senior Directors.
