At Plenti we are defining a new way to reward consumers for everyday loyalty by offering them personalized opportunities to shop and earn rewards. The Director of Analytics will be responsible leading a team of analysts who will leverage and transform the rich purchase data we have from our sponsors as well as the digital data from our site, app and emails into clearly defined and executable strategy that will drive incremental sales at our sponsors and value to our customers by identifying the right target audience for promotions, the right channel and the right time to deliver them.
He or she will also be responsible for working our marketing teams and sponsors in designing and implementing “Test & Learn” strategies to understand member behavior and optimize promotional constructs to drive value to members and sponsors. He/She will partner with the modeling and analytics capabilities teams to evolve the analytics platform and capabilities to maximize value for our sponsors and members.

Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in Analytics roles with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of analytics professionals
• Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills including strong decision making, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of thought leadership and result-orientation
• Ability to influence others, be creative and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Retail and Digital Analytics expertise preferred
• Experience working with Big Data Platforms is a plus
• Masters or Ph.D degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields is strongly desired
