Responsibilities

Part of the IMC Director’s responsibilities will be to redefine the way we work in order to ensure that our communications remain at the forefront of millennial popular culture, as well as pushing the boundaries of innovation in our communiactions. An example of some of the recent initiatives taken in this respect are:

Brandscaping. Redefining the way that we define brand spaces, using a multi-sensory approach as opposed to a purely conceptual one.
Storytelling. Working with an external agency to redefine the way we build creative properties over time and across platforms.
Collision: the way we approach a multitude of marketing agency and creative offers open and available to the vitaminwater brand
Uses of non-traditional media away from the traditional to make greater impact on our business

Identifying and leveraging “Bigger, Better Fewer, Further” – ideas from around the world (10%)

Specifically, it is the IMC Director’s responsibility to tap into and be aware of all communications developed on Juices from around the world, keeping abreast of alternative strategies, innovative creative communications and being open to importing ideas from elsewhere.

Experience

Ideally a graduate degree (BA /MA) with at least 12 years of blue chip agency background working on creatively award winning work (a reel of work produced would be great).
Industry Recognition where possible.
