The Director of Finance Gross to Net manages all Revenue Deduction performance, planning and analysis operations for Sandoz US; propose recommendations and support decision making process to improve value by the improvement of P&L, Net Working Capital, Cash Flow and Gross to Net processes; manages cross functional special projects and partner on a permanent basis with the VP of contract/pricing/analytics function. Manages Gross to Net communication with the local top management and Finance HQ organization.
- Management of Gross to Net Forecasting of over $7B; includes Budget, LFs, 5YSP,
LOs and Risk/Opps to all of them.
- Management of Gross to Net actuals monthly analysis by channel, customer and brand
- Management of monthly “Gross to Net Performance Book”
- Ensure on time communication/alignment with FRA/FSC colleagues and Group BPA
- Oversee price increase scenario modeling, implementation and performance tracking
- Ensure Government program changes Gross to Net implications are properly analyzed
- Support Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis (e.g. AR implications from GTN)
- Drive P&L and Cash Flow/Net Working Capital improvement initiatives
- Management of are special projects (e.g. Gross to Net Management Improvement Project)
- Manages Gross to Net communication (discussion with leadership members and Finance HQ)
Minimum requirements>15 years of Finance experience with clear career development / success
Generics industry experience preferred
Strong track record of success in roles with increasing responsibilities as well as leading team and developing talent.
Strong BPA capabilities (planning and analysis) and FRA capabilities from experience in both areas; ideally 1. Head of BPA experience 2. FRA / BPA experience 3. CFO experience
CPA, MS in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering
