Come join Intuit as a Director of Finance working with Intuit’s Data, Security and Corp teams. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced finance leader to drive change, evaluate and make investments for future growth, lead and motivate a team of finance professionals, and deeply understand all aspects of our data analytics, security, legal, and Corporate affairs. The Director will be a leader in the finance organization, and as the finance business partner to an EVP and multiple VP’s in the organization, will be a key member of the Intuit leadership team. Intuit is going through a transformational change into a leading-edge SaaS company with big data analytics and security playing a significant part. Data and Security are 2 key corporate priorities. Intuit is making significant investments in these areas and is looking for a finance leader to help us move the needle, be a thought leader and a great business partner for these organizations.
Responsibilities
A team leader to Intuit with a focus on driving change and providing financial leadership as we execute on our key growth strategies in Data, Security and fraud prevention, such as our big data platform and analytics strategy
Actively enable change and develop the strategies in Data, Security, legal and Corp Affairs that will help Intuit “win”
Implement and maintain reporting and analytical capabilities to provide insight and metrics that align with business needs and enable performance
Enable effective prioritization and resource allocation in service to highest growth opportunities. Must be able to work across our business units and with our most senior colleagues
Identify best practices and benchmarks across the company and in peer companies to help improve the ongoing operations of the business
Establish operating mechanisms that ensure that the management teams understand the performance against operating and financial objectives
Serve as the single voice-of-finance for the business and ensure an effective partnership with accounting and finance operations
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a strategic and financial capacity in a complex, fast growing SaaS business
MBA in Finance or Strategy from a top 30 program, Undergrad in CS/ Engineering would be a plus
Proven ability to build strong relationships of trust & confidence
Demonstrated business acumen, great problem solving skills, ability to lead organizations in a rapidly changing environment
Effectively exercises influence at all levels of organization
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to create and deliver effective presentations at all levels
Recognizes and develops great leaders and builds a high performing team.
Proven track record of self-motivation, proactivity, creative & independent thinking, as well as a pragmatic drive for results
