Job Description
Work with business, engineering and support teams to ensure core platforms support business needs are met
Engage in complex problem management with senior managers, focusing on understanding Visa's core and value added products
Establish supporting business cases, product concepts, product definition statements, and product design/construction requirements designed to meet the needs of enterprise clients
Manage client implementations with key clients to ensure that interactions are well organized and objectives are clear
Act as a liaison between the digital product team and the clients to track down issues, answer inquiries and deliver a successful integration
Identify opportunities for innovation and engagement with clients and work with product management team to document evangelize and implement these opportunities
Provide functional and technical requirements certification requirements for integration to digital services
Apply industry expertise with knowledge of Visa Inc.'s global market opportunities, consumers, merchants, issuers, enabling partners, and competition
Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science, business, or a related field
Experience working with APIs in various technology environments
Experience and comfort level working in an agile environment with Agile
Must be able to demonstrate fiduciary responsibilities
Candidate must be a self-starter and have a disposition to work independently with a commitment to detail in an organized manner
Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
Excellent facilitator and moderator
Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environment
Payments industry experience a major plus
