Develops long-range objective and strategic plans for Navigation Systems Division. Identifies internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability. Scans environment for business opportunities, maintains surveillance over market, and may perform financial analysis of acquisition candidates. Develops and monitors profitability, productivity, and growth targets. May prepare acquisition proposals, recommended financial and non-financial strategic objectives and alternatives, and implement and maintain strategic and operational plans. Evaluates and recommends potential alliances or partnering opportunities to benefit division objectives. Supports targeted business, program, and business development reviews as necessary to obtain required product/market insight.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required.
5 years of Strategic Analyst experience related to complex markets and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience with high visibility teams in International, DoD, and commercial environments.
Thorough understanding and experience with DoD acquisition process and customer relationships.
Experience in the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions.
Excellent communications and presentation skills required.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA with engineering experience a plus.
