Job Description
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Program Development
Liaison with Market Development and Business Units to understand background, situation, objectives, challenges and overall market strategy.
Establish strong partnerships with business and marketing leaders to collaborate and negotiate effectively.
Develop strategic, integrated communication plans that include objectives, target audiences, key messaging, support points, program details, metrics and budgets - presenting to Strategy Review Board for approval
Set program milestones, define schedule, resources and assets required to effectively implement programs.


Work with creative team/agency to develop high level messaging and ideas for the program
Work closely with Marketing Analytics & Insight to understand Key Performance Indicators for program, ensure tracking and analytics are established to measure ongoing results

Program Implementation
Responsible for implementing approved marketing program plans and all projects associated with programs - including schedule, budget, and scope of work
Overseeing the front to back development of marketing deliverables in all media - print, web, digital, etc., and ensures all align with approved strategy
In partnership with creative leads, responsible for briefing implementation teams
Successfully manages projects, project teams, stakeholders and vendors
Evaluate work based on both creative and strategic deliverables
Ensure program is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget and with consistency in message across all media.
Develop solutions for program challenges. Responsible for identifying problems, defines root cause, and develops plan for adjusting program as needed. Leads negotiations and problem resolution for balanced outcome
Primary liaison to the business, senior leadership and creative/digital group

Ongoing Measurement
Responsible for obtaining metrics and plans for optimization of programs via Market Analytics and reports back to stakeholders and senior leadership
Leads change within the program to ensure ongoing value.
