Job Description
Partner with the business unit head to achieve operating and strategic goals. Directs and administers the business unit's financial operations including minimizing risk and maximizing profits and returns on investment. Manages the preparation and review of budgets, cost accounting, financial reporting and participate in pricing and investment analysis and evaluation. Proactively allocates resources and maintains and controls expenses. Recommends strategy for functional and business units they support and ensures the implementation of high-end, business-wide, critical strategy set by senior management. Performs all duties inherent in a managerial role. Provides guidance, planning and direction for functional units they support as well as team members.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, 10+ years experience, or equivalent, or equivalent military experience

Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, 10+ years experience, or equivalent
Candidate must be comfortable with using systems such as Hyperion Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce.com.
Prior FP&A experience in large, matrixed, multi-channel, organization preferred.
