Who can bring together the Designers, Developers, and Copywriters to help set the strategy and tone for the team to create elegant solutions to seemingly impossible problems. What you will do?
Lead the design of innovative digital experiences for clients
Create engaging concepts that are seen through all they way through to implementation
Responsible communicating the conceptual design decisions
Lead a cross-functional team
Support account teams, including business development
Manage resources across multiple projects or multiple clients
Use customer feedback, metrics and other data to drive improvement and innovation
Monitor industry and competitive trends/innovations
Be the thought leader for the future state of digital media in Federal
+ Basic qualifications
What You Will Need
Minimum 15 years experience in leadership roles, with proven team management and active mentorship abilities
Significant experience designing digital solutions

Be a storyteller — A critical element of all roles is to deliver insights about people and behavior, verbally and visually, in a way that generates empathy, emotion, and engagement from the client and design team.
Drive a strategic perspective on the variety of work that we do — Many of our projects involve strategic thinking based upon the insights gathered from the field. Thus, business, brand, Digital, and/or strategic experience are desirable.
Engage with people at a deep level — Whether observing or interviewing customers or working with fellow team members and clients, a service designer should be passionate about representing the human perspective in design and should have skills in bringing this passion to life for the team.
